PyMol offers the user the chance to personalize the graphs by coding the segments, chains and objects with colours. PyMol includes various options and applications to generate the basic structure. From there it is only a question of adding the elements needed from predesigned templates.



The structure animation tool is worth mentioning, which includes movement effects to create dynamic presentations. Despite being only a little intuitive, PyMol offers a good selection of options and tools with which to generate the basic structure and add the elements and residues needed, with templates predesigned for each one. Despite its many advantages, PyMol isn`t an easy tool to use.
